GRASSFED BEEF

Buying options:

30 lbs. ($7.40 per lb.) Proportionate sample of an entire beef. Includes 2 each of the premium steak cuts (filet, delmonico, NY strip), 1 sirloin steak, 2-3 roasts (chuck, London broil), and approx. 16 lbs. of ground beef. Subtotal: $222.00

60 lbs. ($7.20 per lb.) Double the 30 lb. beef option.  Subtotal: $432.00

90 lbs. ($7.00 per lb.) Triple the 30 lb. beef optionSubtotal: $630.00

150-200 lbs.- Half a beef. Will be cut to your specifications. Must be reserved with deposit and cuts specified before butchering. $3.50 per lb. hanging weight plus butchering ($250-$300)  (Total average $1100- $1400). Generally $6.00 per lb. of meat received deending on how it is cut. Save 10-15%.

Special options:

Grassfed Beef Bones ($2.00 per lb.) Great for making bone broth!

PASTURED PORK

Buying options:

30 lbs. ($6.50 per lb.) Assorted cuts from the pig. Includes 1-2 Boston butt roasts (2-3 lbs.), 1 ham roast (2-3 lbs.), 4-6 pork chop packages (2 each), 4-5 packs of uncured bacon, 5-6 lbs. of ground pork (not seasoned), 5-6 lbs. of sage sausage, and 1 of the following: baby back ribs, ham hock, or tenderloin. Subtotal: $195.00

60 lbs. ($6.35 per lb.) Double the 30 lb. pork option. Save 15 cents per lb. Subtotal: $381.00

90 lbs. (Approx.). -Half a pig. Will be cut to your specifications. Must be reserved with deposit and cuts specified before butchering. $2.75 per lb. hanging weight plus butchering. (Total average $475.00 with butchering). Save 10-20%.

180 lbs. (Approx.) -Whole pig. Will be cut to your specifications. Must be reserved with deposit and cuts specified before butchering. $2.50 per lb. hanging weight plus butchering.  (Total average $870.00 with butchering). Save 10% over a half pig.
