The advantage is that by buying in bulk with the larger beef boxes, you can save money and have plenty of meat on hand for your family for months!

The typical beef box can vary but will usually contain the following: 4 each of the premium steak cuts (filet, Delmonico, NY strip), 2 sirloin steak, 4-5 roasts (chuck, London broil), and approx. 32 lbs. of ground beef.
