The box includes wonderful roasts, high quality steaks, and the all-around favorite ground beef. It can last your family for months! Contents of box can vary, but will usually contain: 2 each of the premium steak cuts (filet mignon, Delmonico, NY strip), 1 sirloin steak, 2-3 roasts (chuck, London broil), and approx. 16 lbs. of ground beef.
